JUICE GENERATION® APPLICATION REDESIGN

In an effort to drive more consumers to the Juice Generation® Loyalty Program, the Juice Generation® App was redesigned.
Working with the chief brand officer, CEO and developers, we redesigned the interface and usability.
The first step was establishing application functions and wireframes.
I tackled this by sketching wireframes and listing all possible application functions.
Color was also very important to me. I wanted to update the new interface with a clean and simplified feel.
I felt color was best achieved through simplicity: 2 main colors with an accent of JG's iconic green.
Imagery was also a big part of the design. Photography was important not only because of what it showcased, but because the color, composition and ingredients needed to compliment the new design.
We staged a couple photoshoots, carefully composing product and ingredient layouts. Below are the final results.
The icon was one of my favorite challenges. The previous icon tried to squeeze the entire JG logo into the small square-making it unrecognizable. My solution was to break down the main proponents of the logo- creating something that would make the icon understandable and clear at first glance.
With this new design users can:
• See menu items
• See transaction history
• Earn points towards a reward with every purchase
• See reward status
• Purchase products through the app
• See locations (with GPS functionality)
• Register, create & edit an account
• Load/reload money onto their account
